LA Weekly Names Mulberry Row Best Florist 2012

Although we do have to ask: Who did the flowers for the cover?

Although we do have to ask: Who did the flowers for the cover?

We're thrilled that LA Weekly selected Mulberry Row as their favorite florist in Los Angeles for 2012!

Pauline Adamek writes:

"Every morning, floral designers Robin Weiner and Alicia Tomlin head downtown to L.A.'s flower market in search of the freshest and highest quality seasonal blooms. They keep an eye out for special items such as powdery yellow craspedia (aka Billy ballns) or whimsical scabiosa (aka pincussion flower). Their pretty boutique in Sherman Oaks, Mulberry Row Floral, caters to walk-in customers and fills custom orders from an ever-increasing roster of regular patrons. Clients tend to give vague guidelines, such as color scheme, relying on the duo's creative spark to concoct something visually stunning to adorn their party, event or home. Weiner and Tomlin promise to work within any budget — anything from a single rose to a $25 arrangement and upward. They also will deliver anywhere in L.A., with the fee depending on distance. The store offers an exquisite selection of one-of-a-kind items, showcasing the creations of local designers, including greeting cards, pillows, jewelry and handmade purses."
